Archive structure and data retention
ontogel login stores all game results indefinitely in our secure database. Results are organized by game category: live-dealer tables (blackjack, roulette, baccarat, Dragon Tiger), sportsbook (Liga 1, Piala AFF, Champions League, Premier League), slots (Aviator, Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Olympus, Fortune Tiger, Mahjong Ways), and esports (Mobile Legends, Free Fire, PUBG Mobile). Each result entry includes the date, time, bet amount, odds or payout multiplier, and final outcome.
For live-dealer games, the archive records the table instance ID, dealer name, and a link to the archived video stream (retained for 90 days). For sportsbook bets, the archive shows the fixture, your selection, odds at time of bet, and settlement status. For slots, the archive displays spin count, total wagered, and total returned. Esports results include match ID, teams, your selection, and settlement.
Data retention follows regulatory requirements. We retain complete records for a minimum of seven years to support dispute resolution and tax reporting. Older records remain accessible but may be archived to cold storage, which can add 24–48 hours to retrieval time if you request historical data beyond two years.
Result archives are not marketing tools; they are compliance records that protect both player and platform.
Accessing your archive through the mobile app
Open the ontogel login app and navigate to Account → History. You will see four tabs: Live Dealer, Sportsbook, Slots, and Esports. Each tab displays results in reverse chronological order (newest first). Tap any result to expand details: exact timestamp, bet slip, odds, and payout.
Use the date-range filter to narrow results. Select a start date and end date; the app displays only results within that window. You can also filter by game type (e.g., "Blackjack only" or "Liga 1 matches only"). Search functionality allows you to look up specific bet IDs or match names.
Live-dealer results include a "View Stream" button if the video archive is still available (within 90 days). Clicking this button loads the archived broadcast; you can scrub through the video to verify the outcome. This feature is particularly useful for dispute resolution—if you question a result, you can review the exact moment the outcome was determined.
Video archives expire after 90 days
Live-dealer streams are retained for 90 days for dispute resolution. After 90 days, the video is deleted, but the result record (timestamp, outcome, payout) remains indefinitely.
Interpreting result data and settlement status
Each result displays a settlement status: Settled, Pending, Void, or Disputed. Settled means the outcome is final and your account balance reflects the payout or loss. Pending indicates the result is awaiting confirmation (typically for live events that have concluded but not yet officially settled). Void means the bet was cancelled—this occurs if a match is postponed, a live-dealer table experiences technical failure, or a bet violates house rules.
For sportsbook bets, settlement can take hours or days depending on the fixture. A Liga 1 match result settles within minutes of final whistle; a multi-leg parlay settles only after all legs conclude. The archive shows the exact settlement time and any adjustments (e.g., if odds were corrected due to a data feed error).
Disputed results are flagged for manual review. If you contest a result, you can file a dispute through the app; our compliance team investigates and updates the status within 48 hours. Dispute records are attached to the result entry and remain visible in your archive.
Using archive data for account reconciliation
Your result archive is the authoritative record for account reconciliation. If your balance does not match your expectations, cross-reference the archive against your account statement. The archive shows every debit (bet placed) and credit (payout received). Sum all credits minus all debits over a date range; the result should match your balance change.
Deposit and withdrawal records are stored separately in the Transactions section, not in the result archive. To reconcile your full account, review both sections: Transactions (deposits, withdrawals, fees) and History (game results).
For tax reporting or personal record-keeping, you can export your archive as a CSV file. Navigate to Account → History → Export; select your date range and game categories. The export includes all result details and can be imported into spreadsheet software for further analysis.

Dispute resolution and archive evidence
If you believe a result is incorrect, file a dispute through the app. Navigate to the result, tap "Dispute This Result," and describe the issue. Our compliance team reviews your dispute within 48 hours, cross-referencing the archived video (if available), bet slip, and game logs. Common dispute reasons include: dealer error, stream lag affecting bet placement, technical glitch, or odds discrepancy.
Disputes filed within 30 days of the result receive priority review. Disputes older than 30 days are still investigated but may take longer if archived video is no longer available. If we determine the result was incorrect, we adjust your account balance and mark the dispute as Resolved. If we confirm the result was correct, we mark it as Rejected and provide an explanation.
Payment method history and withdrawal tracking
Your archive also tracks deposit and withdrawal transactions. Navigate to Account → Transactions to view all payment activity. Each entry shows the date, payment method (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or bank transfer), amount, and status (Completed, Pending, Failed, or Reversed).
Withdrawal records include the review status. A withdrawal marked "Under Review" is undergoing compliance verification; this typically takes 24–48 hours. Once approved, the status changes to "Completed" and funds transfer to your original payment method. If a withdrawal is rejected, the status shows "Rejected" with a reason code (e.g., "Insufficient verification" or "Suspicious activity detected").
Keep your transaction history for personal records and tax purposes. You can export transaction data alongside your game results for comprehensive account documentation.
